A drama-based cross-curricular resource for secondary schools and youth groups which invites young people to engage meaningfully and creatively with the true story of one family's search for safety in Scotland.
The Diamonds & Roses monologues sequence is based on the experience of a family seeking asylum in Scotland. This story is one of 120 asylum seeker and refugee accounts recorded as part of the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) Refugee Stories Project, www.ecre.org/refugeestories.
